HELCOM Secretariat

The Headquarters of the Helsinki Commission, the Secretariat, is located in Helsinki, Finland. The international staff consists of an Executive Secretary, three Professional Secretaries, an Information Secretary, an Administrative Officer, an ICT Administrator, a Data Administrator, three Assisting Professional Secretaries and two Assistants. Additionally the work of HELCOM is supported by numerous project staff.
